买涂料首先要了解什么是防水涂料？

 

防水涂料也称丙烯酸防水涂料。是以纯丙烯酸聚合物乳液为基料，加入其他添加剂而制得的单组份水乳型防水涂料。有良好的温度适应性，操作简便，易于维修与维护。

 

原理

 

那么它是如何起到防水作用的呢？

 

其固化后形成的防水薄膜具有一定的延伸性、弹塑性、抗裂性、抗渗性及耐候性，从而起到防水、防渗和保护作用。

 

种类

 

目前市面上的防水材料有两大类：

 

1、聚氨酯类防水涂料。

是由聚氨脂与沥青作为原料制成的，但由于采用含有毒性的甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂来稀释，未来应当会逐渐在市场上淘汰。各位在购买时注意不要买到这类型的涂料哦。

 

2、聚合物水泥基防水涂料。

由多种水性聚合物合成的乳液与掺有各种添加剂的优质水泥组成。施工方便、综合造价低，工期短，无毒环保，且在抗渗性与稳定性方面表现优异。现在的话，这类防水差不多占据了市场的大头。

施工要点

 

说了一大推终于涉及到施工啦，以下这几点都是防水施工中需要注意的。

 

1、涂料的涂刷与地面基层状况有很大关系，基层地面不找平，那么就会有使用涂料不均衡浪费涂料的情况。

2、正式开工前地面必须无尘、无土、无油，否则未来可能会引起防水涂料的开裂掉皮，影响防水效果。

3、要保证在5℃以上的温度条件下施工，如果天气预计24h内降水则不宜施工。

4、涂刷时注意采用横竖交叉涂刷，二者间隔时间为4h。

5、如有比较高的防水要求，可以采用增加面层涂刷遍数的方式。

6、如果施工时空气湿度较大或者气温偏低的情况下，晾干的时间要适当延长。

7、反之施工工地温度较高，则拌料时要适当增加水量，以降低涂料粘度避免影响施工进度与效果。
