案例简介 Case description
上世纪30年代，日本一些生物爱好者将小龙虾带到了中国沿海地区，先在南京自然繁殖扩展。至1974年进入湖北、湖南、云南等地。随着龙虾的肆意繁殖，疯狂增长。当时小龙虾成了人们嗤之以鼻的廉价品。后来随着烹饪水平的逐渐提高，小龙虾也慢慢得到大家的认可，最为成功的当属盱眙十三香小龙虾。随着民间的广泛传播，自此盱眙龙虾在全国打响了龙虾革命的第一枪。
今天主人公：王红军先生的故事要从1996年讲起······
淮安盱眙农村出身的王红军先生，怀揣着对于龙虾的执爱，来到了南京，也开始了他的创业之路。
经过20几年的兢兢业业，2020年，王红军先生将在南京奥体新城，力求打造一个以吃龙虾、品龙虾为主题的：“龙虾博物馆餐厅”。
带着这样的使命，苏格设计团队，深入挖掘关于王红军先生和王红军龙虾品牌餐厅之间的故事与联系。将“龙虾博物馆”的存在赋予更真实的意义。
“每只虾都是拳击手、我们是高品质龙虾的革命军”！带着这样的信念，让我们进入不一样的“龙虾餐厅”。
项目位于南京建邺区怡康街9号·涟城汇办公楼3F，四周通透明亮的落地窗在本就高档的写字楼内，更加增添了几分气势。
整体空间划分为四大板块：
前厅接待. Reception in the lobby.
开敞就餐. Open up for dinner.
独立包间. Separate room.
功能后厨. Feature kitchen.

空间整体元素运用：

空间不是元素的堆砌，而是在元素中提炼最适合自己的，将自身的企业文化融会贯通，而形成自有属性。

灯光如璀星般，出现在复古的瓦檐一侧.金与红折光反射，熠熠生辉。
