联合办公不仅仅只是低成本、共享办公的一种选择方式，更多的市场竞争下对场所有了更多的要求，不同的客户群里也对空间有了不同的欲望。在这种欲望的督促下，鑫稞联合办公选择市中心、交通便利的南京市规划建设展览馆作为基地，总面积约占地5000平方米，主要分为东西两个区域，并设有大堂接待、休闲区、茶水吧、健身区、阅读区、洽谈区、会议室、打印区、办公区......办公区还分为大中小不同规格，均可供年轻化以及成熟性企业选择。At present, joint office is not only a low-cost, shared office choice. More market competition has more requirements for the field, and different customer groups have different desires for space. Under the urging of this desire, Xinyao jointly chose the Nanjing Planning and Construction Exhibition Hall in the city center and convenient transportation as its base. The total area covers an area of about 5,000 square meters and is mainly divided into two areas: East and West. There are lobby reception, leisure area, tea bar, fitness area, reading area, negotiation area, conference room, printing area, office area......The office area is also divided into large, medium and small specifications, which are available for younger and mature enterprises.
鑫稞共设计了东西两个入口，东侧主大堂空间，主要承担接待问询的功能，地面做了大型的棋盘和零散的棋子，寓意“职场如博弈”，西侧为辅入口，主要是工作人员上下班出入方便，整体设计与东侧相呼应。

设计师在出入口临近的位置做了茶水吧、休闲区和洽谈区，并且把几个区域用拱形门洞串联起来，又利用拱形把需要比较私密安静的办公空间隔在拱形之外。动静分离的布置，一方面让视觉点更集中，一方面也便于后期的运营管理。

会议室为改造空间，位于东西两侧的中间区域，方便每个办公室开会及接待。原会议室是并排两间的经理室，烤漆玻璃位置为800*800mm的柱子，在保留原有基础的结构上，设计师做了整体墙面的调整。

主体走廊和大堂呼应，棋盘、棋子装饰在其中。在鑫稞办公空间中，后期装饰造价也是设计考虑的一部分，因为办公区在整个大楼的负一层，为了保证每间办公室的采光和通透，设计师考虑用玻璃隔幕墙及玻璃门作为突破，对于100间的办公室，门套及踢脚线的价格也是相当不菲的，设计师最后决定用欧松板及镀钛拉丝收边条完成，即节约又美观。
