房门前的过道较长，且宽敞。过道两头有电梯，中间区域只有消防楼梯。

户型总体为长方形，室内采光总体一般，虽然窗户不算小，但由于房型宽度有限，长度相对较长，因此远离窗户处光线不足。

业主对当初楼梯的位置很不满意，实地也确实对窗外的光线进入室内有一定的阻碍作用。

由于此户型在顶层，此处墙面有渗水现象是由上往下流淌的，墙皮也脱落严重，说明很有可能楼房的屋面防水老化开裂了。

卫生间空间较大，中间有一道地梁横亘中间，行走不是很方便。
