此案为搁置了10年的老宅毛坯屋装修。整体设计概念，我们以灰色、木皮色为主轴，以求机能合并却依然拥有单纯简约的空间本质。在空间色彩上，业主喜欢温润柔和的视觉感受，同时注重居家材料与客厅视野，所以使公共区域更加宽阔舒适是本案的设计要点。

This is an old house that has been in abatement for ten years.Overall design concept, we take gray, wood skin color as the main axis, in order to be functional but still have simple and contracted space essence.The owner prefers light colors and pays attention to materials and views at the same time, so making the public area more spacious and comfortable is the key point of the project .

定制卡座隐藏式收纳
Customized booth has storage function

我们将电视背景墙立面造型拉平，延伸材质致使轴线延长，将空间视觉感达到最大化。沙发背面用水泥涂料呈现手作纹路的自然与温度。我们大量使用暖色系，中和了空间彩度，以石材、木纹、艺术涂料等材质，通过大块的落地窗景，藉由光影虚实的变化，创造出安定雅致的居住氛围。

We flatted the facade of the TV background wall and extended the material to maximize the visual sense of space.The cement coating of sofa setting wall presents the sense of manual grain and temperature.We use a large number of warm color department, neutralized the color of the space.We use the material such as stone material, wood grain, art coating, through the big glass window, by the change of light and shadow, create a stable and elegant living atmosphere.

因为男业主非常注重居家环境安全，为避免餐桌锐角，创造孩子在餐厅玩耍的安全空间，所以在简洁利落的餐厅区，我们规划了业主喜欢的圆形餐桌形态，并搭配雅致的皮革餐椅，透过大面北阳台自然光的引入，让业主和孩子们于空间中也能享受生活的慢步调。

Male owner pays attention to the home environment safety very much.To avoid screaming tables and create a safe space for children to play in the dining room, we designed round tables in the clean dining area.The introduction of natural light through large area north balcony, let owner and children enjoy life in the space.

卧室的设计上注重利落静雅，大面积的白色柜体展现了空间张力，配合挑高大块的玻璃窗景，提升空间明亮度。明亮宽敞的空间布局，给予业主安心舒适的居家体验。相比公共区域，卧室的私密场域更是舒压、疗愈的心灵休憩所。

The design of the bedroom is agile and elegant, the white cabinet present spatial tension, add large area window, promoted dimensional brightness.The bright and spacious space layout gives the owners a comfortable home experience. Compared with the public area, the private area of the bedroom is a place for relaxation and healing.
