2021年5月，位于重庆朝天门码头，毗邻来福士的光大控股朝天门中心引进的浮云高空iseya精品酒店开业启航，获得了市场和客户的认可，面对疫情困局带来的巨大的冲击，即使“生不逢时”，依旧笃定经营，在夹缝中寻求发展。
同年，启动项目二期工程，以Cloud Villa | 云墅为题。
Iseya Boutique Hotel, located at Chaotianmen Wharf in Chongqing, opened in May 2021. Despite the impact of the epidemic, the hotel is still recognized and praised by the market. Hotel investors decided to seek development opportunities in the crisis, the same year, launched the second phase of the project. The design is based on the Cloud Villa.

同一个品牌，在同样的地标，二期工程既简单又充满挑战，简单在于延续，毕竟一二期是一个整体，不可能改弦更张。难则在于延续基础上的创新，有限的空间条件中，创造出二期的亮点，与一期合力，带给客户丰富的体验。
The phase I and phase II of the project need to continue the design logic, the difficulty is how to create new highlights and give guests a richer experience.

Fly ladder（天阶）是项目一期主题，连接了大堂与客房。天阶继续向上延伸，串联客房，直达Cloud Villa（云墅），建立完整的空间逻辑，同时将接连空间转变为路上的风景，奇幻而神秘，踏步循着iseya神秘召唤消失在空间尽头。
The flying ladder connects the lobby with the guest room. Walk on the ladder, enjoy the scenery along the way, and follow the mysterious call of Iseya to arrive at theCloud Villa.

“漂浮”的阶梯与来福士水晶连廊叠印在一起，远近，虚实，融合为幻象，失重、游离的感官体验——浮云高空酒店的基因便是如此。
The suspended ladder makes people feel illusory and wonderful. The floating and weightlessness are Iseya's unique brand gene.

阶梯盘旋延伸，消融到光芒四射的水晶球.

二期项目客房全部都是LOFT，单房面积70-120㎡，两层加部分挑空，客厅卧室分离，创造出更能满足个性需求的条件：家庭、求婚、派对、直播...
All hotel rooms are LOFT, with an area of 70-120㎡. The living room and bedroom are divided into upper and lower floors, so that guests can enjoy their vacation time, cloud party, marriage proposal, anniversary celebration and so on.

阳光穿过落地窗，洒在墙面和地上，城市和江水倒映在天花上；悬挑的玻璃楼板作为高空浮云的观景台，一座魔幻奇趣的立体城市呈现在你的客房里。
With sunlight streaming into the room, the city and the Yangtze River reflected on the ceiling, and the glass floor serving as a viewing platform, the cityscape of Chongqing is perfectly displayed in your living room.

年轻的品牌充满可能性，年轻的客人们充满活力，iseya将客房的定义打破，让态度鲜明，自有主见的客人们去定义，去诠释当代旅居空间的场景和生活方式。
The young brand is full of possibilities, and the young guests are full of vitality. Iseya will break the definition of the guest room, and let the guests with a bright attitude and their own opinions define and interpret the scene and lifestyle of the contemporary hostel space.

后记
2020年以来，作为酒店人，几乎没有一天安宁。疫情之下，乱象环生，狗血加大瓜，总被突袭，常常绝望，无力。所幸，还有一贯积极的伙伴，一起聚力，用心有态度，回应生活。iseya仍然在缓慢成长，作为高端精品酒店的行业逆行者，即使承受着巨大的压力，开门迎客的一瞬间，依然满心欢喜，善意满满。这是酒店人的操守和素养。
朝天门一期项目开放以来，颇受关注，作为品牌旗舰店，似乎还不足以回应宾客的期待。二期项目首次尝试高空LOFT的产品打造，以云墅为主题，希望能给予高空精品酒店更多的可能性。
延续、召唤、幻象、消融、悬浮，作为体验的逻辑架构，震撼的景观视野，客、卧分离，创造更舒展的社交休闲空间和更立体的居室体验，以云端墅居表达品牌的主张：自由、浪漫、大胆！

这是一个缺乏信仰的时代，也是一个不断打破神话的时代，作为一个充满探索精神和态度的品牌，所有的力量都聚焦到探索本身，没有标准答案，没有经验引领，答案都在历史里面，我们的目光需要投向未来。但愿时代的底线已现，酒店人熬过至暗时刻！
