Baoneng First Space is located in Luohu, Shenzhen, it has 350,000㎡ to sale and show all products of home decoration which integrates art,culture and daily life elements. It provides the services of high end decoration customization,FF&E fitting, home design to create international home culture experiencing center and home life communication space to Shenzhen citizens. And Jiutang designers who create a perfect interior space to allow Shenzhen citizens to enjoy the home life experience.



建築外觀 Architectural Exterior

中庭屋頂採用玻璃採光設計，通過玻璃屋頂將自然光線引入室內。簡約的淺色調搭配天花以及中庭線條，讓整個中庭空間顯得現代，含蓄而自然，與商鋪的個性門面裝潢形成強烈對比，襯托出商鋪的個性與活力，所謂「流水不爭先」，讓商鋪成為商業中心的主角。從中庭向上望去，白色的天花外緣層疊有致營造出一種層層盤旋，游目騁懷的時空感。

The designer uses transparent glass as the roof of atrium to give natural light to the interior space. The overall simple and lightness style makes the atrium feel modern and connotative.this simplicity and connotation gives strong contradiction by the characteristic store outlets to make sure the store outlets are the eye attracting space of whole building. The white ceiling edge circles give a feeling of space travel acceleration.







第一空間中庭 Atrium

風情街位於商業中心一層，採用英國老街區的風格，風情街兩側商鋪牆面為傳統的英式紅磚建築牆面。配上工業風十足的金屬網格吊頂，彷彿一下子把人拉回到了19世界工業革命時代的曼徹斯特或伯明翰的街區。紅色的英式電話亭，卡通的皇家衛兵模樣的動物塑像，無不體現著風情街濃郁純真的英倫元素。就連紅磚牆面上的照明燈光，也極具懷舊風格，讓人遐想起那個鶯歌燕舞的霓虹時代。

Custom Street is located on level one of the building. It is an British style street. There are red brick walls one sides of the street to let people recall Manchester or Birmingham during the 19th century after industrial revolution.the red color telephone booth, carton royal guard elephant, all these British old fashion elements reflected prosperous neon time.





週末天空酒吧街，位於寶能第一空間的10至11層。是深圳第一座懸浮式天空SOHO區。街邊19世紀古典風格的路燈，讓遊客重溫維多利亞時代的英倫風華。地面鋪裝如同街道，遊客彷彿置身於一座天空之城。地面偶有玻璃天幕，夜晚配合燈光，點亮整個SOHO街區。

Sky Weekend bar street locates on Level 11 & 12 of the building. It is the first hanging style sky SOHO zone in Shenzhen.the 19th century street lamp let guests recall the splendid Victoria time.the flooring looks like outdoor street and guests feel like walking in a hanging city in the sky. Some parts of flooring are glass, combined with architectural lighting, all the SOHO street will be illuminated at night.









週末天空酒吧街 Sky Weekend Bar Street

文創空間位於8至9層，設計師將該空間定位為一個深度交互的開放性藝術空間。為了淋灕盡致的展現這種交互性和開放性。設計師借鑒了倫佐.皮亞諾的蓬皮杜藝術中心的處理手法：對空間裝置做減法，以開放式的輕工業風塑造文創空間。同時將空間內的一切建築結構及設備暴露在人的視線之內，最大限度的滿足通透性與開放性的空間需求。因此，設計師將天花上的機電管線做了統一的暗色調噴漆處理，不做任何遮掩。同時在天花上開天窗將自然光線引入室內，曲線造型的樓梯成為兩層空間之間的連接紐帶。

Cultural Village locates on level 8 & 9 of the building. It is an open space for art exhibition and show, in order to maximize the openness and transparency of the space, the designers refer the way of Renzo Piano: simplify the space fixtures and make the lightness industrial style through the whole space. All architectural structures are exposed to the guests in front of house.pipes and ducts on the ceiling are painted in dark color without any covering.the skylight has been introduced into interior space and the staircase became the interconnection between two levels.



文創空間 Cultural Village

文創空間舞台一側，斜面的階梯既兼顧了看台功能同時也滿足了上下樓的交通動線需求。天窗下自然光聚焦的地方就是舞台的中央。巨大的舞台上空區域使其同時成為樓上和樓下觀眾的視覺焦點，讓客人盡情體驗藝術與設計帶來的交互體驗。

There is a stage in Cultural Village space. The slope could be the staircase and also could be the seats of the stage. The sky light makes the stage become the visual focus of both two levels. Guest could enjoy this interactive experience from art and design.
