「 业主说 」
本案屋主为一家三口，中年夫妻偏好简约、整洁的环境。热爱生活的他们更注重蕴含生活感的小细节。爱好阅读的夫妻，培养出同样沉迷书海的孩子，成绩非常优秀。对空间的追求和对未来的乐观，让他们更加注重生活的自由感和细腻感。
位于安田心屿的150㎡三室户型，作为他们一家三口未来的家，委托华蓝设计峻恺设计师进行规划与设计。在业主原有的思路想法之上，进行现代设计与创意延展，更好地满足业主对空间和品质的需求。峻恺设计师将打造极简生活，把握功能与细节，平衡艺术与储物的需求点，带来舒心、禅境感受，谱写专属于一家三口的优雅生活圆舞曲。
设计理念：
这间房子的业主是一家三口，孩子正在上初中。业主非常喜欢简洁、明快的生活环境，对于“家”有明确的空间要求。那么，如何规划、平衡空间美学和储物功能，是我首先考虑的。其次，便是材料运用的灵感，让家里充满品质与灵动。
·餐厅的原始面积非常的小，布局上比较压抑拥挤。所以我将原始房型中的公卫拆掉，优化为一个西厨操作台+烤箱蒸箱洗碗机的功能区域，餐厅与厨房相接，让餐厅面积得到扩大；同时，设计了一整面墙的衣鞋柜，提升空间的储物功能。
·原始户型的卫生间对于业主来说作用不是很大，所以我将卫生间与次卧室墙体进行了调整，保证卫生间充足光线、空间宽敞；原始的公共空间融入次卧室，增添储物、学习和休闲功能。
·由于主卧室不大，同时设计了大量的储物空间，所以主卧室没有设计整面墙的大衣柜，让空间更加宽敞舒适。
·我让整个客厅空间保持简约整洁的状态，挥别了复杂的造型，并且减去了茶几设计，让活动空间更宽裕，方便未来多种生活方式的变化。顶面的灯光为了兼顾会客时的明亮和整体设计感，挥别了传统灯带的处理方式，在侧边做了极简的线性灯。既保证了照明度、满足了极简的风格要求，同时又是一种氛围灯光的设计。
