「 业主说 」
本案屋主为一对年轻对小夫妻。同为医学工作者的他们，有着说不完的话题，有着共同的游戏爱好，有着手办收藏者的热情。热爱的职业让他们成为“理性主义”，忙碌的工作让他们更加注重家的舒适感和生活的质量。
位于河西区六合国际的128㎡三室户型，作为小两口未来温馨舒适的家，委托华蓝设计马磊设计师进行规划、设计。为了更好地满足业主注重舒适与品质的需求，我们将平衡情感与功能，塑造理性与感性的结合，不仅能够为业主带来惬意的生活状态，更能够承载记忆与情感。我们要做的，就是为居住者带来焕新生活，为未来将添加的小小家庭成员打造专属童年，开启年轻夫妻的“小家庭”时代。

设计理念：
这间房子的常住人口是业主夫妻二人，未来还会增添一位小家庭成员。业主对于装饰类效果不是特别的追求，但是偏重于生活品质。那么，如何在宽敞的空间里安排好生活动线和丰富的居住功能，是我首先考虑的。
·调整主卧卫生间和厨房的面积，既保证主卧卫生间功能正常使用，又尽可能扩大厨房面积；同时，调整主卧开门方向，避免卧室门对入户门、打造独立玄关；业主对双开门冰箱的需求，能够一并满足，外放冰箱，还能增加厨房储物空间。
·考虑到餐厅处采光较差的问题，将书房的轻墙体进行拆除，更换为玻璃隔断，让餐厅区域的采光和空间感得到大幅提升。
·将公共卫生间打造为干湿分离布局，家人使用互不影响。
小细节总是能决定生活的品质感。我为理性主义的业主设计了些许改善生活品质的设备，如新风、中央空调、烘干机、软水机、智能开关、智能窗帘等。我会更多的在美和功能之间做平衡，保证功能的前提下，让空间赏心悦目。
黑白灰极简色调的客厅区，条纹地毯和皮质沙发组合带来宁静与舒适的时光。围绕式的布局，多功能沙发和单椅，让整个空间非常有温馨感。

客厅整体开阔而通透，原木色+纯白的电视柜给予清新、提亮的感觉。隐形灯带柔和投射，产生对家的归属感与温馨感。考虑到业主的游戏爱好，便没有采用传统而沉重的茶几，打造宽敞的客厅空间，让业主与友人尽情游戏、欢乐无限。

餐厅结合餐边柜的设计。利用木饰面的细腻质感，打造错落有致的空间格局，层次分明。餐桌作为区域的中心，餐边柜正对着餐桌，配以常用的电器，整个餐厅的动线没有任何阻碍。
