水手海鲜餐厅设计说明
A: 空间设计策划与业态市场定位,青年目标客群为主力,为此,在空间调性上,主要着眼点就是就餐体验与差异化。
B: 设计选材上分析成本控制,考虑使用钢板,木板,水泥涂料为主。取钢板锈蚀后颜色与机理。取老木板质感与硬度,取水泥涂料表现夯土墙机理(建筑钢结构夹层,真正夯土荷载不够)
C:设计概念上:低碳环保绿色轻松式就餐体验。工业主调中还是希望融合传统感受。老木板的自然沧桑,此案水泥机理效果原型为中国传统技艺“夯土墙”------古人的智慧需要我们传承。
沙漠绿洲是多么美好,不要让现实生活中绿色变得奢侈------植物墙内循环水水声是美好的声觉体验。
此案虽是工业主调的设计,希望是承载着对古人智慧致敬,对生态的尊重。
Space Planning Description for Seaman seafood restaurant
A: The space planning and targeting customer research, the young target clients for main, therefore, On the space coordination, Focused on the dinning experience and cultural difference.
B. The analysis for final cost control, we considering use metal plate, natural wood board, cement coating and etc.
C: The concept of our design: eco friendly and
relaxing dinning experience. Industrial concepts including traditional feeling.
This Space Plan is industrial style design, We hope it carry our respect for wisdom of the ancients.
