If you build the objects in AutoCAD, especially the objects you make it of Top(Ichnographs), Left, Right. Then you import it to 3ds max. the objects will show on the screen by attaching sharp objects. you must divide it in the modify, simply for the stack veritx cut or clone. you can change it for the different layers. than you can use loft to be combining them by fit. and fit and rotate ref-line that your object have been built.

otherwise way, drawing object by object snaps to fit it over then, simply wall, door, window etc.

Or you can build the objects for 3d in AutoCAD, and import into 3ds max to show them.
