说在前面

以功能为主导思维对空间进行分区， 运用简练的点线面构成方式打破空间分区的孤立性， 点到即止，面面呼应， 直线、斜线与点和面之间的穿插构成， 让整个办公空间更有力量， 极少色块的点缀让空间更有温度和情怀。体块与体块之间拆开再组合， 重新构筑干净舒适的办公空间。

1.本案地处成都市高新区，毗邻铁像寺水街商业群。

2.建筑属于写字楼商业结构，空间狭长不利于布局。

3.户型方正，但视觉单一，需要解决功能与美观问题。

1.1F增设玄关区域、把楼梯藏于玄关背后，增大户型利用面积。

2.把1F卫生间缩小 ，做斜角转折处理，释放玄关视野。

3.1F设置水吧区和会客第一洽谈区。

4.2F在楼梯左侧设置会客第二洽谈区，利用凸出柱子的造型和物料展示柜做整体造型设计。

5.拆除2F左侧墙体，设置多功能区，增加空间利用率，左侧设置陈列储物柜。

6.把2F右侧位置打造成办公区，享受最直接的微风和阳光。

入口玄关背景设计成半镂空形式，使得玄关视觉变大，同时也起到遮挡楼梯的作用，让外界和工作室内部有更好的过度。

考虑到会客洽谈的需要，和平时工作期间的些许小憩，水吧区设置吧台，靠墙设计操作台，既可以是与客户沟通洽谈的空间，也可以是工作闲时的一杯咖啡和浓茶的地方。

在1F朝向最好的位置设计成第一会客洽谈区，没有选用常规很正式的桌椅布局，而是按照最最舒服、随性的方式来打造，布艺沙发、单人沙发椅、根据需求可移动的边几，阳光透过木质百叶帘，给人无限舒心、轻松自由的感受。这样的空间打造让采光通风更好的通往工作室内部空间，也让1F的功能合理的利用起来。

保留了原有钢结构楼梯，拆除不锈钢扶手，采用石膏板做楼梯扶手造型，赋予楼梯设计感。

办公室也设置在2F朝向最好的地方，顺其采光、让2F自然采光最大化，让大家工作的状态发挥到最佳，也能舒心轻松的应对各项事务，物料展示柜和储物柜的组合设计，既满足材料选样与陈列，也满足了工作室日常收纳需要。
